At Oliver’s Salon & Spa, we take pride in our experienced and skilled service providers, and we strive to provide the utmost satisfaction from start to finish. While we do not issue refunds, we urge you to contact us within 7 business days if you are unsatisfied with your experience or services.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Oliver's Salon & Spa a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge for the service. For service appointments totaling 2+ hours, such as spa packages or hair color services, please notify Oliver's Salon & Spa a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge.
All last minute cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged full value.
Gratuity
Gratuity is welcomed but not required. We accept gratuity in cash or check only; no gift cards or credit cards may be used.
Children
Due to the relaxing nature of the spa experience, we respectfully request children be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service.
Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards. Cash, check, or Oliver's gift cards are also acceptable forms of payment. Please note that credit cards and gift cards may be used for the payment of salon products and/or services only.
Delivery
Should you purchase an Oliver's Gift card, we ship them out every 2-3 business days via USPS standard shipping, unless otherwise requested and approved with management of Oliver's Salon and Spa. We recommend if your needs are more urgent, select the "Gift Certificate" option when purchasing. Gift certificates are printable immediately upon purchase.
Returns/Refund Policy
Online purchases of gift cards or gift certificates are non-refundable. All gift cards and gift certificates never expire. Service appointment deposits are refundable with 48 hour prior cancellation.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use information collected from individual customers. Information collected about our guests is not shared with any other organization. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
